Study: Red Meat And Dairy Beneficial
(Hamilton, Ontario) — Red meat and cheese might not be that bad for you after all. A new study out of Canada found that people who indulge in lots of both tend to live longer. Particularly, people who had 120 grams of unprocessed meat and three portions of dairy daily. Those eating this kind of diet saw their chances of a fatal heart attack drop by more than 20 percent. Still researchers say you need to have plenty of fruits and veggies too.
