For Immediate Release
(Paris, Ill.)—Beginning Thursday, September 6, Bee Well of Edgar County will host free weekly Fun Runs for kids. The third annual Fun Runs will be held on September 6, 13, 20, 27; and October 4 and 11. Runs will begin at 5:30 pm at West Lake Park in Paris (south side, by the horseshoe pits).
Kids of all ages are welcome to participate in the runs, which range from 30 yards to one mile.
“We are thrilled to continue these Fun Runs even though the grant that initially funded the program has not been available the last two years,” said Erin Frank, Bee Well member. “We are looking forward to seeing a lot of familiar faces along with some new ones.”
No enrollment is needed to participate. To receive up-to-date details about the program, including additional information and cancellations, follow “Bee Well of Edgar County” on Facebook.
