Bears’ Defense Shines In Victory Over Seahawks
(Chicago, IL) — The Bears played stingy defense in a 24-17 win over the Seahawks on Monday Night Football at Soldier Field. The Monsters of the Midway had six sacks and forced two turnovers, including a 49-yard interception return for a touchdown in the fourth quarter by Prince Amukamara. Mitchell Trubisky threw touchdown passes to Trey Burton and Anthony Miller for the Bears, who improved to 1-and-1. The team honored former star middle linebacker Brian Urlacher at halftime with a ring for his recent Pro Football Hall of Fame induction.
