(Undated) — CNN Founder Ted Turner says he’s suffering from a form of dementia that leaves him exhausted and forgetful. The 79-year-old billionaire and philanthropist revealed that he has been diagnosed with a mild case of Lewy body dementia, a progressive brain disease that affects memory and other cognitive functions. The disease is similar to Alzheimer’s but Turner says it’s “not nearly as bad.” Turner founded CNN in 1980 as the first 24-hour all-news cable network.
