Study: Violent Games Linked To Physical Aggression
(Undated) — A new study finds that playing violent video games is indeed linked to an increase in physical aggression. The international study, published this week in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences, looked at 17-thousand kids aged nine to 17. Those who played violent games were more likely to become aggressive, getting in trouble for hitting or fighting with non-family members. The link is small but noticeable, researchers say.
