Hurricane Willa is brewing off the coast of Mexico. The newly formed hurricane has now become a Category Four storm with maximum sustained winds of 130 miles-per-hour. The National Hurricane Center reports that it could hit land by Tuesday. The stretch of shore between San Blas and Mazatlan is currently under a hurricane watch. It’s currently about 230-miles from Cabo Corrientes in Mexico and is heading north at about six miles-per-hour.
