(Washington, DC) — Former Attorney General Jeff Sessions is reportedly eyeing his old Senate seat. Multiple reports say Sessions is considering running for the Alabama seat he held for 20 years before leaving to join the Trump administration. The seat is currently being held by Democrat Doug Jones, who won Sessions’ seat after a hard-fought special election against Republican Roy Moore. Jones will be up for re-election in 2020. Sessions was fired by President Trump today.
