Rams Outlast Chiefs In Monday Night Thriller
(Los Angeles, CA) — The Rams outlasted the Chiefs 54-51 in Los Angeles in the highest-scoring game in Monday Night Football history. Gerald Everett’s 40-yard touchdown catch with just under two minutes left put the Rams ahead for good and the defense picked off Patrick Mahomes twice down the stretch to preserve the win. Jared Goff threw for 413 yards and four scores as LA improved to 6-and-0 at home and 10-and-1 overall. Mahomes passed for 478 yards and six TD’s for Kansas City, including two each to Tyreek Hill and Chris Conley. The Chiefs fell to 9-and-2 with the loss.
