(Old Bridge, NJ) — Each year a New Jersey family puts up over 300-thousand Christmas lights, but this year the family says their town is trying to shut them down. For more than 15 years, the Apruzzi family of Old Bridge decks out their home with a spectacular light show that draws in crowds of people. Kris Apruzzi says this year they were called to a meeting with the mayor and chief of police who told them they will have to pay a fine of 50-thousand dollars for the lights.
