(Washington, DC) — The House is passing a bill to avoid a government shutdown that includes five-billion-dollars in funding for a border wall. The bill faces an uncertain future in the Senate, which passed a separate spending bill yesterday funding the government until February 8th. There will be a partial government shutdown Friday if President Trump doesn’t sign a spending bill.
