First Responder Bowl Game Canceled In Dallas
(Dallas, TX) — The threat of severe Dallas weather canceled the Servpro First Responder Bowl between Boise State and Boston College. After a nearly 90-minute delay the game was called off. BC led 7-0 with just a little more than five minutes remaining in the Firstquarter when the game was halted. A NCAA spokesperson said it is believed to be the First bowl game canceled by weather. Lightning near the Cotton Bowl continued for three hours after the delay and more storms were expected.
