The Charleston Carnegie Public Library will present a special Snow themed Books and Babies on Thursday, January 17th at 10:30-11:00 in the Craft Room. This program has been developed for infants through 36 months and their caregiver. Bouncing rhymes, songs, finger plays, and stories will be presented. This is a free program and is open to the community. A library card is not needed to attend.
