J.B. Pritzker To Become Governor Today

(Springfield, IL) — The J.B. Pritzker Administration starts in a few hours. Pritzker will take the oath of office as governor at about noon today in Springfield. The recently elected Democrat has promised a lot in his first 100 days, including a pledge to raise the minimum wage to 15 dollars an hour. Pritzker is also promising a balanced state budget in his first year.
