(Red Bank, NJ) — Singer Jon Bon Jovi will be feeding federal workers affected by the government shutdown for free tomorrow. The rocker’s restaurant announced Saturday that employees who have been furloughed and their families can eat at the New Jersey locations of JBJ Soul Kitchen. The restaurant also said that employees could learn about additional resources and support while there. The rocker told NBC New York that he wanted to ensure anyone dealing with food insecurity had some place to go. The restaurant is teaming up with the Governor Phil Murphy’s charity organization, the Murphy Foundation.
