Israel Strikes Iranian Forces In Syria
(Damascus) — Israel’s military says it targeted Iranian forces inside Syria Monday. Israel Defense Forces also sent a warning to Syria on Twitter, writing that the Syrian army should not try to harm Israeli forces or territory. The strikes come after Israel intercepted missiles fired from Syria towards the Jewish state. At least eleven fighters were reported killed on the ground. Syrian state news claims air defenses shot down several incoming targets. Israel reports hitting munition storage sites, an Iranian intelligence site, an Iranian military training camp and several air defense sites.
