Charleston Police arrested a man after fleeing from a traffic stop yesterday. After his vehicle was stopped, 27-year-old Luis J. Reyes fled on foot into a field. After locating Reyes, police arrested him on a warrant for failure to appear in court for a drug case and a pending battery case. He was also charged with fleeing and obstructing justice.
