(Washington, DC) — Donald Trump is donating a hundred-thousand-dollars of his presidential salary to an organization that researches alcoholism. The White House said that the money will go to the National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism, part of the National Institute of Health. Alcoholism is personal for Trump. His older brother, Fred Trump Junior, died from complications from the disease in 1981. Trump has donated his annual 400-thousand-dollar salary to various government organizations since winning the White House, including the Small Business Administration, the National Park Service and the Department of Education.
