Books and Babies will resume at the Charleston Carnegie Public Library on Thursdays, at 10:30-11:00 from February 14th through April 25th, in the Craft Room. There will be no program March 14th for Spring Break. This program has been developed for infants through 36 months and their caregiver. This is a free program and is open to the community. A library card is not needed to attend.
