Charleston Carnegie Public Library Preschool Story Time Spring session will run February 11th through April 23rd, on Mondays at 10:30am, 1:15pm, 5:30pm, and Tuesdays at 10:30am. This is a free program, open to the public. A library card is not needed to attend.
