The National Weather Service has issued a Dense Fog Advisory, which is in effect until noon CST today.
* VISIBILITY…Areas of dense fog will develop over southeast IL
during this morning. Visibilities lowering to a quarter mile or
less at times through noon.
* IMPACTS…Limited visibilities may make travel more difficult
this morning.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS…
A Dense Fog Advisory means visibilities will frequently be
reduced to less than one quarter mile. If driving, slow down,
use your headlights, and leave plenty of distance ahead of you.
