Winter Weather Returns To Parts Of Illinois

(Davenport, IA) — Winter is not done with the northern half of Illinois just yet. The National Weather Service is issuing a winter weather advisory from noon till midnight tonight for folks from Springfield all the way to the Wisconsin border. Forecasters say a band of snow and ice will coat the state. The fear is that the storm could bring two tenths of an inch of ice.
