(West Palm Beach, FL) — New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft is pleading not guilty to charges of soliciting prostitution at a Florida day spa. USA Today reports Kraft’s attorney filed the plea to Florida’s 15th Judicial Circuit Court. By filing the plea before a March 27th hearing, Kraft will avoid having to appear in person at the arraignment. The 77-year-old Kraft is charged in connection with two visits to the Orchids of Asia Day Spa in Jupiter, where investigators say they seized video of Kraft and other customers engaging in sexual acts. Kraft has denied the claims.
