Illinois Senate Approves Tobacco 21 Law, Governor Will Decide Its Fate
(Springfield, IL) — Illinois Governor JB Pritzker will decide if the age to buy cigarettes or vape products will go up. The Illinois Senate yesterday overwhelmingly approved the Tobacco 21 law. The new law would raise the age to buy any tobacco product in Illinois to 21. Governor Pritzker is expected to sign the plan.
