Report: Kraft Rejects Florida Plea Deal
(Boston, MA) — New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft is reportedly rejecting a plea deal to charges of soliciting prostitution in Florida. Multiple sources say the 77-year-old billionaire has turned down the offer extended by the Palm Beach County State Attorney’s Office on Monday. The deal would require Kraft to admit there was enough evidence for a jury to find him guilty if the case went to trial. He would have to take a screening for sexually transmitted diseases and complete an educational course on prostitution. Kraft is accused of paying for sexual services during two January visits to a day spa in Jupiter, Florida. He has denied the charges and is due to appear in court on March 28th.
