Bump Stocks Not Being Turned In As Ban Deadline Arrives
(Bloomington, IL) — Bloomington law enforcement officials and gun shops say they haven’t received any bump stocks from owners as the ban deadline arrived. Owners were given 90 days to turn them in before yesterday’s federally established deadline. A bump stock attaches to a rifle’s frame, essentially turning it into an automatic weapon.
