The Coles County Sheriff’s Office is seeking assistance from the public on locating William R. Blair, 32, who currently has an active warrant through Coles County, Illinois for Pre-Trial Violation and a warrant out of Edgar County for Aggravated Domestic Battery, Domestic Battery, Interference with the Reporting of Domestic Violence and Theft of a Motor Vehicle. Blair is also a person of interest in recent stolen and recovered vehicles within Coles and surrounding counties. Blair was last seen around 12am on March 28th in Rardin, Illinois. Blair is believed to be moving between Rardin and unknown cabins near Route 16 and the Embarrass River. He was last seen wearing a black jacket and blue jeans. If you see anyone suspicious or matching his descriptions, please call 911. Do not approach or contact the suspect.
