Burger King Brings Meatless Burger To Chain
(St. Louis, MO) — Burger King is testing the “Impossible.” The company is launching a test roll out of the meat-free Impossible Whopper at 59 locations in and around St. Louis. The patty is made with a plant-based protein. Burger King will roll out the burger nationally if it does well in the test. The company says the Impossible Whopper is made to taste just like Burger King’s regular Whopper. It will cost about a buck more that its beef brother because the plant-based protein is more expensive for the company.
