According to a press release from the City of Charleston, Ameren Electric needs to close 4th Street for the day on April 10th, Wednesday, to replace a large power pole at the alley north of Van Buren. Traffic will be able to get through the closure by using Van Buren to 5th Street. The closure will be for one day only.
