Accepting entries for the 2019 Congressional Art Competition

Congressman John Shimkus is accepting entries for the 2019 Congressional Art Competition. The contest is open to high school students in the 15th Congressional District of IL. Entries are due by May 1st.the winning entry will be chosen by a panel from the district. the winner will be displayed on the congressman’s website & Facebook page. the winning artist is then invited to participate in a ceremony in Washington D.C.,and Southwest airlines will fly the winner,and a guest for FREE!
