An Ontario man was injured in a crash in Effingham County this morning. According to the Illinois State Police, 40-year-old Harjit Singh Mall was traveling northbound on I-57 when his tractor-trailer left the roadway and overturned. He was ticketed for failure to reduce speed to avoid and accident and improper lane usage. He was transported to St. Anthony’s Memorial Hospital.
