(Los Angeles, CA) — A horror film set in Los Angeles in the early 1970s is this week’s top movie in the United States and Canada. “The Curse of La Llorona” [[ yo-RO-nuh ]] sold 26-and-a-half-million-dollars worth of tickets in its debut weekend in North America. “Shazam!” came in second place with just over 17-million-bucks, while the faith-based picture “Breakthrough” earned eleven-million-dollars in its debut weekend. Rounding out this week’s Top Five are “Captain Marvel” and “Little.”
