History Made At Illinois Marathon
(Champaign County, IL) — Several runners are celebrating historic records after the Eleventh annual Christie Clinic Marathon. New course records were set Saturday by the winners of the men’s and women’s half marathon, as well as the full marathon. Wilson Chemweno finished first in the men’s marathon, with an Illinois Marathon record. Margaret Njunguna won the women’s division with an Illinois Marathon record.
