Governor Honors Synagogue Shooting Victims
(Springfield, IL) — Governor JB Pritzker is joining with people across the country in honoring the victims of a deadly synagogue attack. The shooting happened this weekend in California, where one person was killed and three others were hurt. The governor gathered with others at the Chabad Jewish Center in Springfield yesterday to honor those hurt in the attack. Pritzker said the state stands with California against hate, and he lit a candle in memory of the victim who died.
