Danville Mayor Calls For Day Of Fasting And Prayer
(Danville, IL) — Danville’s new mayor is asking people to fast and pray in response to recent violence. Rickey Williams used his first day in office yesterday to call for a day of fasting and prayer after Danville has had three deadly shootings in one week. Williams says he wants to show that Danville is stronger than the violence.
