Lawyer-Richie Flower Shop in Charleston is closing. The fourth-generation business, which has been a fixture in the city for more than 70-years, says a number of factors led to the decision, including a family situation along with the state’s income tax increase and minimum wage hike. The last day in business will be May 25th.
