A man who was involved in an accident Friday night was found dead in a business in Westfield.
According to the Coles County Sheriff’s Office, the wreck also involved 29-year-old Ty Boyd, who was charged with improper use of an electronic device and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident. The other driver, a Westfield resident, left the scene and was later found dead of an apparent suicide.
The accident remains under investigation.
