Entries are being accepted for Common Links’ Lil’ Miss Firecracker and Lil’ Mr. Skyrocket contest.
It’s not a beauty pageant or a talent show. It is a fun event in which all the participants win prizes. The purpose of the event is to provide young children with an opportunity to participate in celebrating our Independence Day, while raising funds for community events sponsored by the Common Links organization. A ceremony will be held at the Cross County Mall on July 3rd to honor all the kids. The top vote-getters will win a new bicycle and have the chance to ride in the 4th of July parade.
