Chrisman Clinic to Offer Discounted Sports Physicals in June
(Paris, Ill.)—Horizon Health’s Chrisman Clinic will offer discounted sports physicals in June. For each physical performed, half the cost will be donated back to the athlete’s local booster club.
Students will be seen on a first-come, first-served basis. Discounted sports physicals will be available at the clinic per the following schedule:
- Every Tuesday in June (6/4, 6/11, 6/18, 6/25) from 2-4 pm.
- Saturday, June 8, from 9-11 am.
The cost of a physical is $20 (cash, check, or debit/credit card). Insurance will not be billed. Ten dollars from each physical will be donated back to the booster club.
Students under age 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
