Central Illinois Cleaning Up After Storms, Including Tornado In Lincoln
(Normal, IL) — Much of Central Illinois is cleaning up after a series of violent storms. The storms came through late Wednesday night and into yesterday morning and brought funnel clouds, driving rain, hail, and high winds. A tornado was confirmed near Lincoln. About 13-hundred people were still without power last night after the storms knocked out service lines and downed trees. No injuries were reported.
