Effingham, Toledo, Teutopolis, Greenup, Beecher City, Jewett,
Shumway, Montrose, Hidalgo, Hazel Dell, Woodbury, Moccasin, Sigel,
Yale, Rose Hill, Lake Sara, Gila and Bellair.
