Central Illinois Veterans Take Trip To Normandy To Remember D-Day
(Normandy, France) — Two Central Illinois veterans are in Normandy, France to recognize the 75th anniversary of D-Day. The World War Two veterans are there to revisit the infamous battleground. They were sponsored by a nonprofit organization that works to bring World War Two veterans back to Normandy.
