Once Pot Becomes Legal In Illinois, Some Records Can Be Expunged
(Rockford, IL) — Some marijuana possession convictions will be expunged once recreational cannabis becomes legal for adult use. Marijuana is expected to be legal for recreational use for those over 21 in Illinois in less than six months. Governor J.B. Pritzker is expected to sign the bill soon.
