Flour Recalled Over E. Coli Concerns
(Norwich, VT) — Thousands of bags of flour are being recalled over risks of E. coli contamination. King Arthur Flour says the recallaffects more than 14-thousand five-pound bags of its unbleached all-purpose flour. The company says the wheat used to make those bags has been linked to an ongoing outbreak of E. coli infections. The bags were distributed nationwide.
