Ordinance Bans ATVs
(Bethany, IL) — ATVs are being banned from the streets of Bethany. A new ordinance forbids three and four wheelers from the roads. The ordinance is completely opposite from the previous ordinance allowing ATVs if riders were going directly to and from their home and outside of town. Golf carts and UTVs are still allowed.
