Central Illinois Crops Still Behind After Rough Weather
(Peoria, IL) — Some Central Illinois crops are still behind after several seasons of rough weather. A long winter followed by spring flooding pushed corn planting back to April, May, and June. Corn is beginning to grow, but plants are all different sizes because of inconsistent planting.
