A group of 6, 7 and 8 year old Mattoon Junior League baseball players are headed to the Pony League World Series in Mount Vernon today (Thursday, July 11). They’ll open pool play with a 1:00 game against Indonesia, followed by a 7:00 match-up against Herrin. Tomorrow, it’s an 11:00 a.m. game against Salem, and then a 5:00 game with Panama.
