The drawing for waterfowl hunting privileges at Lake Mattoon will be August 6th at city hall. Applicants must live in Coles, Cumberland or Shelby counties and be at least 18-years-old. Application forms are available from 8:00 to 4:30 p.m. weekdays at the city clerk’s office. The deadline to apply is July 29th.
