A Pennsylvania man was killed in a crash south of Effingham this morning. According to the Illinois State Police, 26-year-old Brandon Fanno’s vehicle went off I-57 at milepost 154 into a tree line, where it rolled several times. Fanno was not wearing a seatbelt and was ejected from the vehicle.
