State Farm To Demolish Historic Headquarters Building

(Bloomington, IL) — State Farm is moving forward with plans to demolish its former corporate headquarters in downtown Bloomington. Officials said yesterday that a potential deal for the sale of the building fell through. The 13-story art deco building was once the tallest between St. Louis and Chicago. It has sat empty after the last employees left in 2018.
