Dixon Man Arrested For Threatening El Paso-Like Shooting At McDonald’s
(Dixon, IL) — No one is saying what set Ray Allen off at the McDonald’s on Galena Street in Dixon. Police arrested him Monday after they say he threatened to shoot-up the place ‘like El Paso.’ Allen is now looking at felony terror threat charges. Allen is being held at the Lee County Jail.
